AGARTALA, April 28 (TIWN): At least 1 person is killed in every 2 days in Tripura, says police record.

Amid model code of conduct imposed for the Lok Sabha Election, 14 people were killed in Tripura in the last month.

According to Tripura police’s crime record in the month of March in West Districts 2 murders took place, added by Dhalai District’s 2 murders, Gomati District 1 murder, Khowai 3, North District 3, Sepahijala District 1, South Tripura 2 murders.

Out of all districts Khowai has become the most crime-conducting zone.

The murders took place when model-code-of-conduct were imposed in the state.
