AGARTALA / Udaipur, April 24 (TIWN): Congress West Tripura MP candidate Subal Bhowmik on Tuesday while addressing in a press conference at Udaipur told media that nobody will be left from punishment who rigged the poll.
He further named BJP MLAs including Education Minister Ratanlal Nath for massive poll rigging.
“We have evidences that one MLA has cast 4 votes. Bamutia, Golaghati MLAs gross violated the poll process. Education Minister Ratanlal Nath himself was involved directly in massive rigging”, said Bhowmik demanding re-poll for the West Tripura constituency.
The West Tripura poll was totally rigged by BJP under BJP MP candidate Pratima Bhowmik. Lakhs of voters could not cast votes and CCTV cameras were destroyed, followed by 100% booth capturing.
“Presiding officers were forced to deliver fake report on poll conduction. They all lied that election was held peacefully. Now, they all have to go to the jail”, said Subal Bhowmik.
