AGARTALA, April 17 (TIWN): BJP Mandal President at Pecharthal spent his night in lockup after he disrupted peace across the area.

The culprit of BJP has been identified as Biplab Dey.

Yesterday he allegedly beaten four local-janajatis at Pecharthal. At last police were bound to arrest him and keep him in lock up.
