Security forces withdrawn from booth areas, CPI-M slams

AGARTALA, April 11 (TIWN): Across West Tripura, security forces were withdrawn on the polling day in Tripura led mass poll rigging across the State.
CPI-M State General Secretary Gautam Das has slammed the State Election Commission and Central Election Commission for allowing poll rigging since the early morning.
Inside the booths one or two securities were present and the roads were totally blank.
Hundreds of CPI-M supporters were left injured, polling agents were beaten inside the booths and removed.
Gautam Das said, whole Election Commission is politicalized and their promises have resulted in promises of banana leaves.
Almost all booths were captured and the Election has become a farce.
