AGARTALA, April 11 (TIWN): Polling agents of CPI-M at 36 no booth of Pratapgarh were severely beaten by BJP hooligans in front of presiding officer.
The two victims are : Ratenswar Das and Shyamal Karmakar.
At first they were threatened if they don’t go out of booths, their houses will be attacked.
After sometime, they were beaten as they didn’t come out. At last the booth was captured by BJP and all opposition leaders were beaten.
