AGARTALA, April 10 (TIWN): CPI-M leader, CITU women leader, former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar’s wife Panchali Bhattacharjee has called BJP as the party which is bearing highest level of “intolerance”.
Panchali Bhattacharjee while addressing via social media, has hit Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President Amit Shah for labeling people as “anti-national” whoever is criticizing them.

She mentioned, in former PM late Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s time BJP did not that level of intolerance that Modi and Amit Shah is bearing, exemplifying L K Advani’s recent criticism on the ruling BJP leaders who said, “Criticizing BJP doesn’t consider to be an Anti-national”.

Panchali Bhattacharjee carried her speech reflecting on everyday attacks on democracy, opposition and mass media.

She also raised question on “Note-Bandi” rewarding Demonetization as one of the biggest scams held under Narendra Modi led many workers to lose their jobs. She added, women of the country specially working class have been highest affected from Demonetization.
