AGARTALA, April 1 (TIWN): Amid model-code-of-conduct, IPFT hooligans have beaten CPI-M’s senior leader Rana Bahadur Debbarma on March 16, who left in coma for long and today breathed his last.

The CPI-M senior leader who was beaten by IPFT miscreants left senseless even after two weeks of passage after the incident.

In a brutal attack by BJP hooligans, this CPI-M leader was critically injured, hospitalized on March 16.

His age is 75, was already suffering from various illness.

In morning 8.30 am the attack took place on March 16.

Rana Bahadur Debbarma was an ex-member of CPI-M State Committee and incumbent GMP (CPI-M’s indigenous wing) member of central committee. 

CPI-M has condemned the killing of CPI-M leader.
