AGARTALA, April 1 (TIWN): Tripura Congress on Monday has warned the BJP not to take Congress’s increasing strength lightly.

Addressing media, Congress spokesperson Harekrishna Bhowmik said, “BJP thought Congress will come and go just like a wave but this time it will not happen once again. I have deep connection with BJP’s MLAs, Ministers and this connection will be resulted soon”.

“Centering the Lok Sabha Election, massive violence are going on statewide. Our MP candidate Subal Bhowmik was attacked various times. BJP is working day night to spread terror”, said Bhowmik.

Bhowmik further said, “On yesterday at Khowai, District Congress President Bikram Sinha along with other Congress leaders were attacked during a political rally. Stone pelting to physical attacks all are tried by BJP. BJP’s one and only aim is to create a terror among the opposition voters just like the local body polls”.
