Agartala, March 28 (TIWN): Tripura's Opposition Leader Manik Sarkar after a long break went to his constituency Dhanpur to campaign for CPI-M but BJP goons mobilized by Pratima's brother Bishwajit started obscene language which disrupted the meeting.

However what surprised CPI-M supporters is that Ex-CM Manik Sarkar left Dhanpur in a hurry rather than protesting strongly against BJP's hooligans. CPI-M supporters continued meeting in spite of Manik Sarkar's hasty retreat. Manik Sarkar's failure as Opposition Leader, failure to condemn Biplab Deb, Pratima Bhowmik raising questions on Bipl-Manik close friendship and Biplab's gifting of an Official Bungalow to Manik Sarkar few months back. Police Machinery and Election Commission turned mute spectators as BJP's criminal attacks continue.
