AGARTALA, March 28 (TIWN): With another jolt for BJP in Tripura, its ally IPFT top leaders participated in a secret meeting with Congress and INPT on Wednesday night.
The meeting went on till latenight and Congress State President Maharaja Pradyot Manikya himself visited IPFT President NC Debbarma's home.
Congress’s political partner INPT leaders led by INPT President Bijay Hrangkhawl also visited NC’s home with Pradyot Manikya,
On the other side, NC Debbarma in a press conference warned the BJP-IPFT Govt saying if Govt doesn’t show seriousness about alliance’s deals and Tipraland issue, then after May 23rd (Lok Sabha election result day) IPFT will take necessary action.
The meeting was held as Congress aimed to strengthen Tiprasa vote banks but so far NC Debbarma and Mebar Jamatia didn't agree to leave Ministry.
