AGARTALA, March 24 (TIWN): Total three attacks took place on CPI-M today in Tripura by hooligans and videos of attacks are going viral.

The first attack out of the three took place at Jirania on CPI-M MP Shankar Prasad Dutta.

Shankar Prasad Dutta was going towards Mohanpur when the violent attack took place. Stones were pelted, glasses broken.

A video has been viral where in front of police BJP hooligans are attempting to take out CPI-M supporters from Shankar Prasad Dtta’s car.

Shankar Prasad Dutta was fortunately not injured.

CPI-M to take the matter to Election Commission of India and to seek more security deployment in the state.
