AGARTALA, March 11 (TIWN): Socialist Unity Centre of India (Communist) members have once again staged protest demanding withdrawal of No Detention Policy.
Tripura Education Minister Ratanlal Nath recently being asked by media, challenged that “Due to No Detention Policy” only Education system not been downed, rather Govt is working for the overall development and teachers’ training.
However, SUCI commented, instead of focusing on basic developments as dismiss of no detention policy, mitigating teachers crisis like problems, only dialogue of Ministers would not work.
On Monday during a protest by TET agitators it was revealed that total 791 TET qualified unemployed youths are left jobless, when Tripura Education dept is crying foul over teachers’ crisis and also managed permission for relaxation in teachers recruitment.
Numbers of vacancies also have been slashed under the Education dept.
