KAMALPUR, March 5 (TIWN): Tension has gripped Kamalpur subdivision since 3rd March due to attacks by ruling BJP.

 On yesterday, amid ongoing board examination an orchestra was organized at Kalachari town. Centering the programme, since many days huge money-extortions were going on to mark 1st anniversary of BJP Govt.

BJP top leaders, Ministers joined the programme, whereas under the previous Govt always during board exams, loudspeakers were prohibited.

From that orchestra party, BJP drunk people in bikes rushed to CPI-M leader Anjan Das’s home. Then they went to women leader Khana Das and Subrata Bhattacharjee’s home.

The whole area, attacked people’s houses are scattered by liquor bottles. Houses were vandalized.

So far, no police action was reported.
