AGARTALA, March 2 (TIWN): After Health Minister Sudip Barman had promised on October 29, 2018 that neurological unit will be launched in GB, with fours months he successfully launched the service at there.
GB Hospital service has recently developed followed by various visits of the Health Minister.
On October 29 while visiting GB hospital, addressing media after the meeting, Sudip Barman said, "Super-Specialty unit's upgradation will develop the service further and 7 depts as Cardiology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Neurosurgery, Urology etc will be introduced at first”.
Neurology is a branch of medicine dealing with disorders of the nervous system. Neurology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of all categories of conditions and disease involving the central and peripheral nervous systems, including their coverings, blood vessels, and all effector tissue, such as muscle.
