Fresh application invited for Tripura TET exam 2019

AGARTALA, March 1 (TIWN): The TBT Tripura is going to conduct the Tripura TET 2019 for recruitment of primary & upper primary level teachers and all the eligible candidates who want to make their career in the teaching field and want to become a teacher can fill the online application form on or before the last date.
ELIGIBILITY FOR T-TET PAPER-I (for persons intended to be a teacher of classes I-V)
- 12th or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one-year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary education, in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002 (or one-year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05) OR
- 12th or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.). OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education). OR
- Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one-year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05. OR
- Graduation with at least 50 % marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).(Further, a candidate having B. Ed. from any NCTE recognized institution with 50% marks in Graduation shall be considered for appointment as a teacher in classes I to V provided the person so appointed as a teacher shall mandatorily undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE, within two years of such appointment as primary teacher.)
ELIGIBILITY FOR T-TET PAPER-II (for persons intended to be a teacher of classes VI-VII)
- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (or one-year Diploma in Education up to academic session 2004-05). OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.). OR
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and a Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations. OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B. El. Ed.). OR
- 12th or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4-years B.A./ B. Sc. Ed or B.A. Ed/ B. Sc. Ed. OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B. Ed.) (Special Education).
Relaxation up to 5% in the qualifying marks shall be allowed to the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PH.
