AGARTALA, Feb 25 (TIWN): A massive protest rally was organized by CPI-M led by MP Jitendra Chaudhury with various demands at Kumarghat.
The demands included work opportunity for unemployed youths, MGNREGA mandays and wage hike, loan waiver for farmers.
Demands also raised for 200 days mandays, release of pending social pensions etc.
The protest rally was followed by placing a deputation to Kumarghat SDM.
