Agartala, Oct 7 (TIWN): The mobile and broadband services of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) across Tripura were collapsed for long time since this morning.

“In the absence of BSNL broadband services, our business is being affected,” said a BSNL customer who runs a cyber café in Agartala, adding that he has already registered a complaint with the BSNL authorities but to no avail.

“I was trying to inform my family members about the accidental death of my wife for long time from my BSNL connection but I have failed to connect with them due to poor network services”, said Sudarshan Sarkar in a private hospital at Agartala.

A communiqué inside BSNL said that due to some technical faults the mobile and broadband services provided by BSNL were collapsed for a short-while. At present all the services of BSNL are become operational, he said.

Meanwhile, some users of BSNL mobile phone service in the capital city- Agartala informed; BSNL services are remained very poor over the past few days.
