AGARTALA, Jan 9 (TIWN): Tripura and other Northeast states are resented on Modi Govt, to be a big blow in the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
In Tripura shocking outcomes on BJP Govt’s cripple law and order injured 6 Tripura students who were protesting against Citizenship Bill (Amendment) 2016.
On the other side, in plain areas during strike, BJP in mafia style forced various supermarkets, shops, offices to withdraw strike.
But at the end, the citizenship bill was passed at Lok Sabha, led massive resentments in Tripura.
Various top leaders as BJP MLA Krishnadhan Das’s citizenship was also in doubt, whereas Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s own citizenship was questioned time to time by political parties, but now the bill was passed in Lok Sabha ahead of election, but can be a major setback for Modi from Northeast in the upcoming poll.
