UDAIPUR (Tripura), Jan 5 (TIWN): After arriving in Tripura, Party National President of BJP has visited Udaipur, offered prayers to Goddess Tripura Sundari at Matabari.

Chief Minister Biplab Deb, Assam Minister Himanta Biswa sarma have accompanied him at there.

Shah is visiting Tripura keeping the upcoming Lok Sabha Election ahead, whereas he addressed the party activists at Astabal Stadium in Agartala.

Shah is staying in Tripura today as two important meetings will be conducted in the evening with party leaders and the cabinet Ministers.

Tripura Sundari Temple is a Hindu temple of Goddess Tripura Sundari, better known locally as Devi Tripureshwari. The temple is situated in the ancient city of Udaipur, about 55 km from Agartala, Tripura and can be reached by train and road from Agartala.
