AGARTALA, Dec 23 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb along with wife has visited Satsangha Asram at Agartala-Krishnanagar and sought blessing from Sri Acharyadeb, the present priest of Satsangha.

Acharyadeb along with Satsanghis have arrived in Tripura to join the 131st birth anniversary of Anukul Thakur.

After meeting, Biplab Deb tweeted, “Sought blessings from Adarniya Sri Sri Acharyadeb ji in Agartala today for the welfare and prosperity of 37 lakh men and women of Tripura.  With blessings of Sri Sri Thakur Anukulchandra ji, we shall attain our vision for Transforming Tripura into a Model State”. 

Anukulchandra Chakravarty popularly known as Sree Sree Thakur, was the founder of Satsang, in Deoghar He was a homeopathic practitioner by profession. Anukulchandra registered the Bengali branch of Satsang in Himaitpur.
