AGARTALA, Dec 19 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Wednesday has met Union Minister Harsh Vardhan at Delhi.

Dr. Harsh Vardhan is the incumbent minister at Ministry of Science & Technology, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Ministry of Earth Sciences in the BJP-led NDA government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He represents Chandni Chowk in Delhi as a Member of Parliament in the 16th Lok Sabha.

However, no funding issue was discussed, whereas Biplab Deb after meeting him tweeted, “We discussed about various ongoing developmental projects in Tripura along with efforts made by our Government to nurture and preserve our region's biodiversity”.
