AGARTALA, Dec 14 (TIWN): As no arrest was done till now after various brutal incidents took place across Tripura, CPI-M has slammed the police dept for its paralyzed role to control law and order here.
CPI-M in a statement on behalf of State Committee said, even though for whole night Chief Minister Biplab Deb held meeting with police on December 12, it’s strange to assume what kind of meeting was held which increased the violence further.
CPI-M has also demanded proper action against the miscreants who burnt Krishna Shil’s house at Belonia in South Tripura.
In various cases also when day-night attacks are going on, Police failed to take action against a single ruling BJP miscreant, rather police are arresting victims of the opposition parties.
