AGARTALA, Dec 8 (TIWN): After 10 days of brutal murder of lawyer Promod Ranjan Modok, younger sister Jaba Modok was arrested today by East Women Police.

On November 29, the brutal murder of Tripura advocate Pradip Modok, S/O- Late Promod Ranjan Modok took place at his own home in Abhoynagar.

State advocates also met DGP A K Shukla demanding proper justice to the incident.

Promod Ranja’s sisters after their brother’s murder hesitated to take any name of the suspected persons whereas today one of the sisters was arrested.
