AGARTALA, Dec 1 (TIWN): 21 Assam Rifles conducted a workshop on AIDS AWARENESS AND ITS PREVENTION at TULSIRAMBARI School ( GOMATI DIST.) to sensitise the Youth regarding HIV AND AIDS and it's awareness and methods of prevention today.

A total of 120 youth and locals attended the informative lecture. 

The objective was to sensitize the youths and locals about myth and facts of HIV/AIDS and to make them aware about the disease and its modes of transmission with the help short movies on AIDS AWARENESS and presentation . 

A medical camp was also organised after the workshop .The local people expressed gratitude and appreciated the commitments of Assam Rifles for the social cause.
