AGARTALA, Nov 24 (TIWN): To mitigate the ongoing blood crisis in Tripura blood banks, one more blood donation camp was organized at Agartala.

The blood donation camp was conducted by Tripura Govt employees Federation, inaugurated by Health Minister Sudip Roy Barman. Forest Minister Narendra Chandra Debbarma, MLA Asish Saha were present on that occasion. 

The leaders have appreciated the young blood doners, who participated in the campaigning. 

Health Minister while addressing the occasion said that by donating blood a person is not only helping others but also helping ownself. 

Barman further called people to donate blood as much as they can and at least 3 times in a year all should be giving blood, which will surely take Tripura at 100% in voluntary blood donation campaigning.
