AGARTALA, Nov 19 (TIWN): The youngest Minister of Tripura, Santana Chakma who was also kept away from Northeast Youth Festival inaugural programme has kicked off Swachh Bharat Abhiyan at Astabal Satdium today morning, where the Youth Festival was held for long four days.

As the festival was conducted here in the Astabal Stadium which the field dirty, so this cleanliness drive was conducted under her instruction. Santana Chakma is Minister of Social Welfare and Social Education and Animal Resource Development of Tripura. 

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan or Swachh Bharat Mission is a nation-wide campaign in India for the period 2014 to 2019 that aims to clean up the streets, roads and infrastructure of India's cities, towns, and rural areas. The campaign's official name is in Hindi and translates to 'Clean India Mission' in English.
