Alka Yagnik is an Indian playback singer. She is noted in Indian cinema for a career spanning over three decades.  

Yagnik's arrival started chaos as centering illegal ticket selling for her show and police on yesterday evening had sealed a shop after they caught the shop workers red-handed while making / selling fake passes. 

This is the 6th Northeast Youth Festival but in Agartala the programme is being held for the first time. The festival started from November-15 and participants from 8 Northeast states have joined the programme.
