AGARTALA, Nov 18 (TIWN): With another major allegation, Congress has charged the BJP Govt for embezzling funds of ongoing Northeast Yuva Festival in Tripura.

Congress demanding Judicial Investigation, said that instead of doing proper food arrangement for the performers in the hostels, Kamalpur like places were also decorated with flex, banners of the CM. Congress President Birjit Sinha has accused Chief Minister is behind this scam.

"If you have Swachhata (Transperency) then do Judicial investigation right now. This a shame for our state and also a wrong message about Tripura has gone to other Northeast States", Sinha said.

Like every year "Yuva Utsav" has been kicked off to connect the North States culturally and this time on the occasion of 6th Yuva Utsav the venue has been set at Agartala.

Performers from 8 Northeast states have gathered on this occasion. On 16th November Bengali Fossils Band will be performing in Astabal stadium, whereas on November 18 singer Alka Yagnik will sing songs. Indian Idol Surabhi Debbarman also will perform on this great occasion.

Performers from 8 States have arrived, whereas thousand participants are from Tripura.
