AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): Health Minister Sudip Barman, MLA Sushanta Chowdhury have inaugurated a blood donation camp at Ramthakur College on Thursday while visiting the College.

Addressing on the occasion Barman said, “I would like to appreciate the much valuable effort of the College for organising today's Blood Donation Festival. It is indeed a great initiative and I would like to see more such humanity serving steps taken by your association and also other organisations across the state in near future”.

"Every year this programme is being conducted. I urge all who are from 18 years to 65 years but have not donated blood yet, please start donating blood", the Health Minister said. 

Ramthakur College, established in 1967, is a college in Agartala, Tripura. It offers undergraduate courses in arts and sciences. It is affiliated to Tripura University.
