AGARTALA, Nov 14 (TIWN): Illegal appointment of administration in TSECL has been exposed.

In the letter written to the Director of SC-Welfare it said, “With reference to the letter of the RCS vide Ref. No. F 2-1029/ RGN/ COOP/ 89 / PAD / 11837-40 dated 19/9/2018 followed by subsequent letter vide Ref No. F 2-1029 / RGN/COOP/ 80(11) PAD / 1347984 dated 26/9/2018 regarding appointment of administration for Tripura Schedule Cast Cooperative Development Corporation…. It is fact that the board of  Directors of the TSCCDC Lmt. In an elected body has not violated any codified, rules of the society”

“As such to dissolve the Board Directors as per provision of the TCS role under section 74(1) (a)of the TSCCDC Ltd is unconstitutional. In this contex it is suggested that on absent of the chairman you can appoint any other member of the society as ‘Chairman of the Institution’.

“But in the instant case dissolve of the Elected Board Directors without showing any appropriate reason is highly constitutional”.
