AGARTALA, Oct 30 (TIWN): Health Minister Sudip Barman is the only cabinet Minister in BJP Govt who submitted report card on the 6th month of the Govt formation.

Barman gave a long report of his performance on Health Dept along with next 6 month’s planning.

Even though the report card idea was invented by Biplab Deb himself with plan to create a competition in the cabinet, but CM himself could not submit own report card till day.

Sudip Barman also proved a Statesman by honoring opposition leader Ex-CM Manik Sarkar and signaled a totally different approach to Politics than Biplab’s arrogant, violent crushing of Opposition.

Also, when Sudip Barman always welcomes media criticism, Biplab Deb continues attacking the fourth pillar of democracy.
