AGARTALA, Oct 28 (TIWN):CBI has totally failed to arrest the actual culprits behind the Rose Valley scams in Tripura. And also there is development in journalist murder case.

BJP's promise of Vision Document to arrest all culprits of Rose Valley scam now bites dust, even though it was Rose Valley which made oppositions more popular as a political tool.

Present Law Minister Ratan lal Nath earlier, before the election promised that once BJP is in power it will take action even against the persons involved in scam including Municipality employees. However, all are forgotten promises for today.

The same happened for journalist murder case. Once CBI was charged with the responsibility to resolve the case, no development came yet.
