AGARTALA, Oct 22 (TIWN): At least 30 Tripura State Rifles Jawans left critically injured in bus accident on Monday night.

The accident took place when TSR 8th Battalion jawans were coming towards Agartala to depart from Agartala Railway Station on tomorrow morning for Chattishgarh Assembly Election duty. 

As soon as the vehicle came to Baramura Hilly turns it met an accident while taking U-turn. 

The bus fall at least 30 ft below pit beside road. Injured TSR Jawans have brought in GB hospital.

The rescue operation still continuing. Total how many people injured in the incident can't be said right now as the searches are underway.
