AGARTALA, Oct 22 (TIWN): After Durga Puja, Tripura has geared up to celebrate Laxmi Puja 2018 which will be celebrated across the state on Wednesday.
Laxmi puja in Bengali community is observed with candles, joys, fire crackers. Markets have been stored with various items, idols, fruits, fire crackers etc centering the puja.
Fire crackers are also sold heavily on that occasion amid pollution allegations. Sound crackers even though not allowed but each year people enjoy all kinds of fire crackers in the state amid restrictions. Laxmi Puja to be celebrated on October 24 this year.
