AGARTALA, Oct 21 (TIWN): At least two journalists were injured during Durga puja time at the South District of Tripura in two separate incidents.

Two separate cases have been lodged in local police stations, whereas no arrest was held till now.

One journalist has been identified as Suman Nag of Belonia subdivision, a correspondent of Bengali daily newspaper Kalamer Shakti who met in a clash in a club during Durga puja on Friday.

 Binod Ray is another journalist who was assaulted by miscreants at PR Bari area on Thursday.

Both of the journalists have filed FIR in local PS, but so far no action has been taken. 

However, after treatment hospitals, have released both of the journalists.
