AGARTALA, Oct 17 (TIWN): The young generations are today unable to focus on actual celebration, rather than to lose control on mind after consuming liquors, resulting massive illegal liquor selling in festival season.
Near almost all clubs, illegal businessmen are selling cheap liquors, branded liquors changing the whole meaning of Durga puja festival which is indeed the greatest festival of Bengalis in world.
But unfortunately, a strange culture has gripped the young generation that in stable condition, they can not go with the festival.
Across club areas filthy smells of liquors were reported on Saptami night. Police knowing all the ongoings turned blind eyes to such incidents.
