AGARTALA, Oct 12 (TIWN): A Vigilance Commission has been adopted by Tripura Govt which is same to same as Central Vigilance Commission.
Central Vigilance Commission is an apex Indian governmental body created in 1964 to address governmental corruption. In 2003, the Parliament enacted a law conferring statutory status on the CVC.
Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath claimed that it will help to curb the chances of false complaints against officers which leads sometimes harassments to officers.
Through this commission, the false complaints will be identified, whereas data base complaints will be checked seriously. Also if any data is given in any complain, it will be inspected.
