Immovable Property Return (IPR) for all State Govt Employees is now ‘mandatory’ in Tripura

AGARTALA, Oct 11 (TIWN): Law Minister Ratan lal Nath on Thursday after cabinet meeting has announced that property discloser / Immovable Property Return (IPR) for all Govt employees has made mandatory just like IAS, IPS officers of India.
Addressing media at the Secretariat, Nath said, “It has been seen that only IAS, IPS officers are bound to property return through online. In our state we have made this rule mandatory for a;; employees under state govt including Group-A, Group-B, Group-C.
“You have to submit, it will be monitored and if any body doesn’t declare property, from your promotion to other benefits will be under trouble”, Ratan Nath told State Govt employees through media.
