Violence rate increased in Tripura

AGARATALA, Oct 9 (TIWN): Violence rate has taken a serious shape in Tripura as monthly violence in 2018 has spiked up at 25.
In 2015 per month 6 violence related incidents took place, whereas in 2016 total 6 violence monthly counted in average.
In 2017 it increased at 10, whereas in 2018 it has touched 25 per month.
However, crime records earlier was also same as in 2014, 2015, 2016 also 12 murders per month were recorded whereas in 2017 it downed at 10 murders per month. But again in 2018 it has increased at 12. This year from January to August month 93 people have been killed. From March (under new Govt) to August month total 71 murders took place.
