AGARTALA, Sep 25 (TIWN): JUMLA masters cheap politics once again raised its ugly head before Lok Sabha Election with the sole aim to divide Bengali, Tiprasa, Manipuri communities as rather than promoting Kokborok in Tripura, now BJP promoting Manipuri language without any logics other than grabbing Manipuri vote Bank.
Crime & Drugs, massive HIV affected State Manipur have hardly much relation with Tripura when a whole state named Manipur is kept for Manipuri culture & Language but BJP led State Govt guided by Manipuri brain cum BJP spokesman Ashok Sinha alongwith JUMLA Guru Sunil Deodhar, Biplab Deb is now going to impose Manipuri language on Tripura students as supplementary from Class-3 to 8.
Instead of developing & promoting Kokborok language, an outside State language's promotion with at a larger level left although without meaning.
The decision has been taken by Education Dept led by Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath in the presence of members of "Manipuri Bhasha Upadeshta Committee" at Kokborok Directorate conference hall in Shiksha Bhawan.
Also Minority language Dept Director Subal Debbarma, Secondary Director Uttam Kr Chakma remained present.
There is planning to start a Govt run newspaper with Manipuri language. All these are seen as attempts by Ashok Sinha to snatch Manipuri vote Bank from fellow Manipuri Birjit Sinha from Manipuri strongholds in North Tripura, mostly Kamalpur, Kailashahar.
Needles to say, majority Bengali and Tiprasa communities most likely to reject this abnormal decision in upcoming Lok Sabha Election.
