KAMALPUR, Sept 21 (TIWN): A wife accused her husband with regular physical and mental torture and rape of own under-aged 11 yr old daughter. Police accordingly arrested the hubby and produced before the CJM court, Kailasahar today.This sensational and shameful incident took place at Kuchainala under Kamalpur P.S.
According to the police, some Sabita Malakar of Kuchainala village filed a serious complaint with the Kamalpur P.S. that her husband Rajendra Malakar (38) had long been torturing her both mentally and physically. Even after several village level discussions, the torture had not decreased. On 17th September last, Rajendra became more furious and bit her brutally and drove away from the house. On the next day, 18th September, Sabita came to know from her underaged girl Salini(11) (name changed), that Rajendra had forced Salini, his own daughter to have sexual encounters with him. The Police immediately registered a case( No.92/2014 of Kamalpur P.S.) under sections of 498(A), 376(2)(i) of IPC and under section 6 of Child Abusement Act . Police arrested Rajendra late night yesterday and produced him to the court of CJM, Kailasahar today. The Medical Test of Salini was also done at Kamalpur BSM Hospital. However, a highly placed source of BSM Hospital informed TIWN that no mark or trace of sexual relation or other abusement was found during the Medical Test on 11 yr old daughter.
However, accused father Rajendra Malakar in Police Statement told this accusation totally baseless, accused wife for dragging underage daughter into their marital fights.
This incident created much unrest among the locale of Kamalpur.
