AGARTALA, September 21 (TIWN): A dead body of an unknown man was found inside the Ujjayanta market here this morning.

After getting the information police personnel from west Agartala police station reached the spot and began the investigation.

The Police have taken the dead body in its possession and sent it to GB hospital for postmortem. The dead body will be kept in the mortuary of GB hospital for 72 hours for identification.

We are trying our best the find out the identity of man, said cops. Tension gripped among the local people of the area due to the incident.

The police have recorded the proceedings under section 174 of CrPC.
