UDAIPUR, Sep 10 (TIWN): 12 hours strike was observed by Congress on Monday peacefully at Udaipur.
BJP dominating subdivision Udaipur also received mixed response from public on Strike Day.
However, unlike Agartala Bus Stands, Udaipur Motor Stand drivers wanted to give passenger service, but didn't get any passenger.
Shops maximum remained close, whereas Govt offices smoothly functioned according to Govt's order.
However, no agitation or picketing was done by Udaipur Congress seeing the threatening situation centering the Strike and as the main leaders were present at Agartala.
Congress had called this 12 hours strike to protest against fuel price hike across nation.
