AGARTALA, Aug 1 (TIWN): Pre-poll tall promises of BJP are now turning heavy upon the BJP led State Govt as after 6 months of passage, the Govt failed to implement 7th Pay Commission for Employees and Pensioners.
Before the Election, Assam Minister cum Tripura BJP-incharge Himanta Biswa Sarma asked people “Don’t vote for BJP and create such a situation that BJP can’t win in 2019 MP-election if it failed to give 7th Pay Commission”.
Questions are raising, why Central Govt has failed to allocate 7th pay Commission’s fund to the Tripura Govt ?
Both in State and Centre, ruling parties are now same. If this is the result of same Govt’s ruling in State and Centre, then it’s all clear that Modi Govt deprived Tripura Employees, Pensioners under Manik Sarkar’s Govt and the previous CPI-M Govt’s claims about Central-deprivation was not totally fake allegation.
Before the election, BJP President Amit Shah said BJP-govt will implement 7th Pay Commission from March 4 if voted to power.
Then Himanta Biswa Sarma said, “We’ll give 7th pay commission surely or don’t vote for us in MP-election”.
Not only this, Himanta Biswa Sarma further asked media, “Create such a situation so that we (BJP) can’t win the Lok Sabha election, if we don’t fulfill promises of Vision Document”.
Now his pre-poll utterances are going viral in post-poll Tripura.
