AGARTALA, Aug 30 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb has taught the mass again. Said, "Raping any woman means death Penalty in India".
Not only this, the Chief Minister also has claimed that this "Death Penalty" was "actually" introduced by his Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Indian Supreme Court has implemented the Law.
(Fact: Cabinet approved death penalty for rape of girls under 12 on April 21, 2018)
"I am proud of PM Modi and Supreme Court for implementing law of death penalty for rapists. Due to PM Modi rape means death penalty in India now", he added.
CM went on and said, he believes that all attacks upon women are done by only druggists and if drugs and addictions can be stopped crime against women will stop "apne aap" (automatically).
"When a Man takes drug, he loses his senses and he not even recognize who is behind or before him and thus the attacks upon women happen", Bipab Deb told mass at Kamala Sagar.
