AGARTALA, Aug 28 (TIWN): Duck-Releases-Oxygen-while-Swimming ! Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s theory is once again entertaining netizens across India.

It started with Internet is existing in Mahabharata’s time and his last joke was cracked when CM exposed his ‘knowledge’ by saying his state has 10 districts.

However, once again Chief Minister Biplab Deb is all in all in national media after he claimed ducks release oxygen while swimming.

Netizens are slamming the Chief Minister for his continuous poor knowledge base.

Indeed this is the 15th time that the new CM is in national media and this time it happened when CM is at Delhi with Central leaders.  

Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Monday while addressing at Neermahal festival claimed that ducks increase Oxygen (O2) in water.

"Ducks not only increase Oxygen but it also it helps to grow the fish fast. It helps in recycling and thus fishes automatically get the feed", CM said.

The Chief Minister further announced 50,000 ducks will be dedicated for Rudrasagar (Neermahal lake) area people which will help the people and also the lake's fishes, but for such things one has to think at least !
