AGARTALA, Aug 17 (TIWN): CPI-M’s student wing SFI has blamed the State Govt behind Medical College’s students death by not helping him financially.
SFI State Secretary Nabarun Deb mentioned about the unnatural death of Medical College student Sudip Biswas blasting the state govt for not aiding the student’s family in the treatment.
“He was emerging as a doctor. His body was left in critical condition, half-dead mysteriously in the hostel. When he was taken to hospital, Doctor suggested to refer him outside hospitals but due to financial condition he couldn’t be taken outside. Doctors to family members were searching for the Education Dept’s officials and Minister but nobody visited. In this brutal way Sudip died and if police properly investigate it will reveal many mysteries behind his death”, Nabarun Deb told media.
Nabarun Deb also condemned Tamal Das’s murder and police’s inactiveness to arrest the accused persons.
