AGARTALA, Aug 13 (TIWN): While talking about regularization of ASHA workers demands of salary hike, regularization, Tripura Law Minister Ratan Lal Nath said, "Our CM is not negative, but he has a positive mindset. If we can convince him and explain him about your importance in the Health Dept, he will surely work on that. But you continue your work".
"You have also demanded leave during puja time, but during Durga puja times also babies born. So, few of you have to stay", he said.
The Minister further counting how many Asha workers have remained present in this Association (BJP backed) programme and said more will come. "Around 300 Asha workers are here whereas around 400 staffs are there. You stay Sanga-Bahha, stay united".
"Our CM is not negative. If not all demands, with proper request we can manage at least a part of your demands to be fulfilled", Nath told Asha employees.
