AGARTALA, Aug 6 (TIWN): CPI-M MP Jitendra Choudhury while addressing media during his visit in various parts of the state with Fact Finding team said that even though BJP could not create anything in last few months but only destructions and bulldozing of party offices were done.

He was visiting in various bulldozed party offices of CPI-M, which was demolished after the BJP established in power.

The “Fact Finding team” comprised of MedgaPatkar, leader of the National Alliance of People’s Movement, Rajaram Singh, Ex-MLA),General Secretary of the All India KishanMahasabha, Dr Ashok Dhawale, President of the All India Kishan Sabha, MP K KRagesh accompanied by Tripura MP Jitendra Choudhury, Shankar Prasad Datta, Jharna Das Baidya and by Ex-MP Narayan Kar.

The team visited six of the eight Districts of Tripura and met the people at there.

After the observation the report which placed it said, “It’s clear that an undeclared emergency like situation is going on since the BJP-IPFT Govt has been in power. Law and Order has collapsed. Murders, looting, atrocities crime against women are on spike”.

“An atmosphere of terror and violence is hovering across the state and the Left is the main target”, the team said.

The team has claimed that they met hundreds of people who claimed physical attack upon them. Four people have been killed : 1) Tapas Sutradhar, 2) Rakesh Dhar, 3) Pradip Deb Barma, 4) AjendraReang.
