AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): One SSA teacher Suresh Ch Pal at Kalyanpur is suffering from serious disease like cancer.

SSA Welfare Association members led by Secretary Bastab Debbarma have helped the family with Rs. 5000, even though a cancer patient works under State Govt needs the Govt’s help.

Due to contractual job, the teachers are deprive of their rights. Already many teachers died but their families got nothing from the state govt.

The SSA teachers are hoping that the new govt will regularize them, which can solve the teachers’ problems and brighten their uncertain future. Above 5000 teachers in Tripura are working on contractual basis in SSA.
